COMPLETE JUNK VEHICLES MUST HAVE AN AUTOMOTIVE BATTERY- ENGINE & ORIGINAL FACTORY WELDED CATALYTIC CONVERTERWITH FACTORY WELDS IN TACT.  (After Market Converters, empty converters or converters that have fallen off or have been removed will not qualify as a complete vehicle) 

TIRES LEFT ON VEHICLES WILL INCUR AN $8 Disposal Fee PER TIRE AS WELL AS 50 LBS weight deduction PER TIRE.
